Have you ever wondered to yourself, “IF I knew as a child what I know today, would I have done things differently? Over our lifetime, through our daily experiences, we learn what’s fact and fiction. We discover what’s true and what’s false. But, if you could be absolutely certain about something, then you’d be dauntless in your choices and your direction in life. What would your life look like if you were dauntless in your faith in Christ?
We can all quote that famous line from the movie “A Few Good Men” spoken by Jack Nicholson when Tom Cruise said, “I want the Truth”. Nicholson answered, “You can’t handle the truth. When it comes to who we are before God can we handle the truth? Do we really know what the truth is or are we more comfortable with our version of the truth? In this episode of The Good Path, we discuss why it’s important to our relationship with Christ to know the real truth about ourselves.

Christians are encouraged to “Walk With Christ”, but can we really walk with Him, when by our sinful nature we’re very different than Him? The prophet Amos wrote, “Can two walk together unless they are agreed?” (Amos 3:3) Instead of trying, and failing, to walk with Christ, this episode of The Good Path discusses how to “Walk In Christ”.
When you believed in Christ as your Savior, what did you expect? Did we expect that nothing in your life would change? When you came to Christ, what did you expect to happen? Then what did you expect to hear from Christ? Following Christ often leads us to the unexpected. In this episode of The Good Path we will discuss the process for being “Born Again”, and it’s not what you expect!
Many times we misinterpret what Christ said because we usually hear what we want to hear instead of listening to what the Spirit wants to say. In this, the 5th episode of our series on “Being Born Again”, I discuss how we can know what the Spirit says by following the 2nd Golden Rule.
