Manifest Fruit

A tree isn’t judged by its leaves, or bark, or flowers, or age, or height. It is judged by the fruit it bears.

The leaves may provide a temporary shade…

The bark may offer a measure of distinction…

The flowers may present some ornamental beauty and fragrance…

The age may conjure a sense of experience and authority…

The height may present an image of grandeur…

But the fruit is its’ chief benefit to mankind…

As for the fruitless tree, so is the pretensions of religion. The promise of fruit may be appealing, but it is the manifestation of the fruit that determines the nature of the tree…
